EYE EXAMINATIONS
Our eye examinations are designed to provide a complete assessment of your eye health and vision. During the examination, you will be asked to complete a series of tests that will assess your visual status and help us to answer questions like whether you may be long or short-sighted. We also offer the opportunity to have retinal photographs taken – this can help us to create a picture of your overall eye health and diagnose any conditions.
At our independent practice, the goal is to create quality, affordable eye care. Our examinations are designed to offer a complete picture of your eye health so that together we can work towards aiding or correcting your vision.
YOUR EYE HEALTH
Your eyes are an essential part of your overall health. Regular eye examinations, using protective eyewear, and giving your eyes a rest from screens are just some of the things you can do to keep your eyes healthy.
For our part, we have made it our mission to provide the best possible eye care. Our expert team use the most advanced technology and ensure that the products we stock are of the best quality available.
ENHANCED EYECARE WITH OCT TECHNOLOGY
Using exceptional and up-to-date technology is part of our commitment to giving you the best eye care possible. As part of an enhanced eye examination, you will also have the opportunity to receive an OCT (Ocular Coherence Tomography) eye scan.
OCT is an advanced eye scanning technology that uses light to examine the different layers that make up the back of the eye.
The major benefit of this state-of-the-art technology is that it allows our optometrists to see both the back of your eye, and a three dimensional image to look beneath the surface of the regular retinal image and pinpoint any eye conditions. Next time you visit, this image can be cross-referenced for a fuller picture of your ongoing eye health.
EMERGENCY EYECARE
Our expert optometrists are trained to deal with eyecare emergencies and are uniquely well placed to deliver exceptional emergency care in the Wolverhampton community.
We have a wide referral network including many local NHS trusts that have Minor Eye Conditions Schemes (MECS). This allows us to provide quick, affordable, and high-quality care to those who need it urgently.
If you've noticed a sudden change in your vision, pain, blurring, redness or any other symptom that concerns you, do not hesitate to get in touch for assistance.
