£10 PER MONTH

FAMILY PLAN
£25 PER MONTH
- Covers two adults and all children under 16 at the same address
- Colourimetry assessment and coloured overlay assessment included*
- Comprehensive eye exams
- OCT or Fundus imaging as needed
- 10% off spectacles and sunglasses
- Unlimited emergency appointments
- Complimentary contact lens trial
- Complimentary audiology screening
- 12-month scratch replacement on premium pure coated Aspire lenses

Terms & Conditions
- One month’s notice required to cancel the plan
- 24 hours’ notice required for appointment cancellations or a fee may apply
- Discounts cannot be combined with other offers
- Contact lenses can only be supplied if exams are up to date
- One month’s notice will be given before any plan changes
- For early cancellation, we may charge the difference for any appointments or discounts used over the plan's annual value
- *Colourimetry assessments are carried out at Mincher-Lockett, Stafford
